Our brand new, state of the art, 12KW Fiber Laser Cutter offers precision, high volume productivity for a variety of projects: from intricate to heavy. It can cut flat materials up to 1-3/4″ mild steel, 1.5″ stainless steel, and 1-1/2” aluminum and handle sheet sizes ranging up to 78” x 156” with 0.002″ accuracy.

For metal fabrication work that requires more decorative, shining finishing, we offer powder coating, which delivers a more durable finish. Customer satisfaction and quality are extremely important to us; therefore, we offer only the very best corrosion resistance and powder coat durability possible.

We have the equipment and staff to weld aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel. Our welders are highly qualified and practice continuous training improvement methods for making parts right the first time for our customers. We specialize in mass production and large custom fabrication jobs.

Our capabilities extend to precision turning, from single to multiple operations. Equipped with live tooling, our machinery allows for milling and turning in one operation, delivering cost and time savings.

Utilizing both mechanical and CNC hydraulic press brake machines, we can bend, shape, punch, and form metal to meet a variety of fabrication needs. Our CNC hydraulic press brake’s repeatability allows for mass production of parts with precision.

Press Braking is a metals forming process to form custom shapes. Through specific degrees and angles, custom shapes such as channels, angles and z-sections can be formed. Metal Workz has the capacity to Press Brake metals up to 40′ long and 2′′ thick.

Our 2K Fiber Tube Laser is also capable of mass producing identical parts from a variety of shapes and materials. We are able to produce precession parts from all sorts of structural steel including angles, square and round tubes, channel, and some Beams.

With our light duty and heavy duty roll forming machines, we’re capable of producing a large variety of round and cone shapes. We can form material up to 3/8″ thick and 72″ long

We are capable of rolling any variety of structural steel shapes with our angle roll forming machine including round tubes up to 3″diamter, square tubes up to 2-3/4″, and channels up to 4″

We specialize in fabricating Class 8 equipment, including roller racks, tire racks, and chain racks. All custom projects are meticulously handled in-house by our certified technicians and fabricators.
