Welding and Fabrication Roles at Metal Workz
We hire for the following positions as openings become available. Pay is $18-$27 per hour depending on experience and the role.
MIG Welder
$18-$27/hr depending on experience
Perform MIG welding on structural steel, stainless, and aluminum weldments to customer drawings. Read and interpret blueprints, hold tight tolerances, and maintain consistent weld quality across production runs.
Robotic Welding Operator
$18-$27/hr depending on experience
Load and operate our robotic MIG welding system, monitor weld quality, troubleshoot programming, and perform basic maintenance. Prior experience with automated welding equipment preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Laser Cutting Operator
$18-$27/hr depending on experience
Operate our fiber laser cutting machine and tube laser system. Load programs, set up materials, monitor cut quality, perform nesting, and maintain the equipment to production standards.
Metal Fabricator
$18-$27/hr depending on experience
General fabrication work including press brake bending, plate rolling, deburring, assembly, and hardware insertion. Work from drawings and job travellers to produce finished parts to customer specifications.
Finisher / Powder Coating Operator
$18-$27/hr depending on experience
Operate our powder coating system including surface prep, masking, electrostatic application, and oven curing. Inspect finished parts for quality and prepare shipments.
TIG Welder
$18-$27/hr depending on experience
Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum parts requiring clean, high-quality weld appearance. Strong TIG skills on thin material preferred.
